LR Series Track Roller Bearings are with cylindrical or crowned outer ring, also called cam rollers, include single row deep groove ball bearings or double row angular contact ball bearings, and have an extended outer ring, so the rollers can accommodate higher loads.

The outer ring surface of LR Series Track Roller bearings can be cylindrical or arc grooved(crowned) with R500(suffix with U).

They are used in the guide rails or idler wheels to meet the particular application that the friction should be reduced.

LFR(R) Series Track Roller, it’s also called LFR track rollers with Gothic arch groove profile, or U groove profile track rollers.

They are double row angular contact ball bearings in its internal structure design, and a thick-walled outer ring, so the rollers can accommodate higher loads.
There are two contact points for 60 degree between the track roller and guide rail. LFR(R) Series Track Roller are used in the cylindrical track in the linear motion system.

W(RM/VW) Series Track Roller bearings are with W groove profile, also called RM series track rollers or VW series track rollers, also called W guide wheel type roller bearing, or W linear guide track rollers, or dual Vee groove guide wheel bearings.

It’s the main components of the linear motion system and can be widely used in the industrial robot, cutting machines, sliding rail, production flow line and so on.

They are widely used with the heavy-duty rails, mobile equipment, straightening machine and so on.

SG Series Track Roller Bearings are with Gothic arch groove profile, also called SG linear track roller bearings, or U groove guide wheels, or U groove track rollers,  are the structure of double row angular contact ball bearings, and have an extended outer ring, so the rollers can accommodate higher loads.
There are two contact points for 60 degree between the roller and track.

They are minaly used in the flat track and in the compact structure. Loaded rail compact space in  particular, with a fixed rail supporting roller bearing into the rail or wheel will not highlight the plane bearing the very few prominent.

A Series Track Roller Bearings , also called wire guide and straightening rollers.

They are used in the spring making machine, steel wires machine and lawn mower.

RE Series Track Roller bearings, also called journal bearings, or track rollers with one beveling profile.

•  Journal Bearings are used for the LINEAR GUIDANCE system, in which the track has a ” V ” profile groove with an angle of 70 degrees.
